Blusens, the leading Spanish company in advanced consumer technology, is proud to announce that its CEO, José Ramón García, has been awarded the Emerging Entrepreneur Prize by the prestigious US professional services firm, Ernst &Young.
Yet another award to be added to the different accolades Blusens has received over the last year, with special mention being merited for the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Prize awarded to José Ramón García by the Spanish Association of Young Entrepreneurs, and presented by his Royal Highness, the Prince of Asturias.

In the words of José Ramón García: ¨Just being nominated as a finalist in the Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards is success in itself, taking into account the quality of the companies and entrepreneurs in the running. But to actually receive the award for Emerging Entrepreneur is way beyond our expectations for this year. About the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award

This award, which is already in its 12th edition, is public recognition of the management of those entrepreneurs who, besides being shareholders, are the principal driving forces behind the companies they run. Its mission is to recognise the contribution of enterprising Spanish companies as generators of employment and wealth, as well as to reward both the entrepreneurial spirit and the sense of innovation, along with improved management by their executives.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is an initiative which Ernst & Young inaugurated in the USA in 1986, and which is organised annually in 45 countries, including Spain. The award received by José Ramón García is one of a number of categories, including Internationalisation, Innovation, Business Trajectory and Social Entrepreneur.
